Maxforce FC Magnum Cockroach German Roach Control Bait 1.16 oz Tube w/ Plunger
Maxforce FC Magnum roach bait gel is the newest bait from Maxforce by Bayer. It has the same great active ingredient as the other Maxforce products - Fipronil. Only this time, you get five times the active ingredient, plus a new technology called ContactX(TM) that kills roaches even when they just touch the bait. Other roaches touch or eat the dead roach and spread the bait again, controlling the entire colony, even the roaches you can't see. For serious roach control, supplement your roach control program with Magnum.
Maxforce FC Magnum comes in a 33-gram syringe, with 10% more bait than other bait gels that only come in 30 gram sizes. Whether roaches eat it, touch it or share it, Maxforce FC Magnum kills more roaches faster than any other single product.
Active Ingredient: Fipronil .05% For use in: indoors or outdoors, in commercial or residential areas. Keep tightly capped and use within 2 years. Application: Do not spray near baits, do not use heavy detergents or cleaners, or do not use in very dusty area. Gel will dry out and get a dry skin on top but roaches will still eat it up to a year. However, if contaminated or gone, reapply.
Pet safe: yes, when used as directed ALWAYS READ THE LABEL BEFORE USE!!

Does what it says.Aug 21, 2012
I bought an old house which had a slob for a former tenant. My first house was covered in all kinds of roaches. German, Asian, water bugs, who knows what else. I was killing twenty roaches a night, and then bought one tube of this stuff. I followed directions pretty much, placing 1/4 inch lines in baseboards every five feet, but only put the stuff where I saw roaches. I did it outside as well. I still have 3/4s of a tube left. I used only a tiny bit in the garage even though it's loaded with roaches. I used Hot Shot powder there cause I'm cheap.
THE RESULTS; even though I only did 1/4 of the house, the roaches are GONE. It took a long time though! The first week I figured I had wasted my money, but in the second week was a noticeable difference, and after 3 weeks there were no more roaches. I recently saw a bunch of tiny baby roaches hatch out of a wall, but they were all dead the next day.
I think this stuff works on ants as well. I had all kinds of ants in the house as well, and they have all stayed outside and far from the house ever since.
I have a cat, and so her safety was my top concern. It's been 4 months now. My cat is fine, roaches are still gone and all I applied to my house was one application of less than 1/4 of a tube to 1/4 of my house 4 months ago.
The only downside is that you can see the dark brown bait often times.
To get rid of roaches in your plumbing....boil four large pots of water and pour them down every drain!!! Or just make pasta a lot. Boiling water kills plumbing roaches fast! I figured this out myself. I'm a genius! lol

Order this stuff when I notice some roaches appear from a game system by wife bought at a yard sale This is also what my local exterminator uses and it does the job well. Have to be patient at first and do not kill any roaches you see as they carry this back to the others

It works but...Jun 19, 2012

I've used foggers in the past whenever I've had a roach probelm. The The downside of those are the smell and the fact one must cover or remove dishes, utensils from the kitchen. I have never had an issue with the results of a fogger. It was a one shot deal - no more roaches. But since I wanted to avoid the above hassle I decided to try this bait.
It was simple to use, no smell, no removing or covering dishes. And it does work.....eventually. That is the only down side. It took three weeks before they were wiped out. I understand the concept behind the bait, the roaches must carry the bait back to the colony and every roach must feed on it. So baiting will never be an quick solution.
I would use this product again since the delay of getting rid of the roaches far out weighs the pain of removing or covering everything in the kitchen.
Kills'em DeadDec 02, 2013
Every time family visits from Florida, a few hitchhikers come along (Hey, if you live in FL, you have roaches - period). When I lived in FL I used this stuff - it kills them dead.
At Wits' EndNov 24, 2013

We were becalmed in a sea of german roaches.. Ok.. not a sea but it was pretty bad. They were in the microwave, the dishwasher, walking across "clean" dishes in the cupboards and drawers.. they made comfy homes in the knife blocks. I was at wits' end.. so I ordered a tube of Maxforce as a last ditch type of effort (you know the step before flamethrower) (I mean really.. I had geckos living in my silverware drawers to eat the bugs -.-) And I followed the directions and its 2 weeks later.. I have not seen a living german roach in about a week. Used to be I couldn't set a cup of coffee down and look away for 2 minutes without having 2 or 3 bodies floating in it.. This stuff is AWESOME .. G.I.R said it best "I love you guys" :D
